Cupping Therapy is a treatment based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. Cupping is a safe, non-invasive technique. Cupping is the practice of applying a partial vacuums by means of suction cups to parts of the skin, this causes the tissues beneath the cup to be drawn up, increasing blood, lymph and Qi to flow to the affected area. This enhanced blood flow draws impurities and toxins away from the body towards the surface for elimination. Please note, redness of the skin may occur as a result of this treatment, this is completely normal and will settle after a few days, just to make you aware.
