Promoting wellness in the workplace

Sound Baths, also known as Gong Baths are becoming increasingly popular with companies and organisations who want to find a relaxing yet rejuvenating experience for their staff.

How it works...

Comparable to meditation and mindfulness, sound healing can change our brainwave states to alpha (which induces calm, relaxation & healing within the body) faster and with less effort than trying to meditate which, many people struggle with. Following the theory that everything has a vibrational frequency, the instruments used during the sound healing session resonate at the same frequency as the cells in the body, reminding them of their true natural vibration and bringing the body back to harmony. The sound does the work, clients are asked to lay or sit down & relax whilst the sounds wash over them. Some people daydream, others take a nap, there is no right or wrong during the sound session, the healing will continue to work either way. The effects of the session will continue to work for 24 hours and many clients report better sleep, inspiration & motivation, feeling calmer & relaxed.

The use of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Gongs, chimes &  more, can help to calm the nervous system, reduce stress levels, balance brain hemispheres and relieve & release tension that is sitting in body tissues and cells.

Who is it suitable for?

With the demands of modern life, many of us find that we are in a constant state of stress, with loud noises, technology,  high demands and time pressures upon us increasing anxieties, fear & stress levels within the body.

The sounds baths are for anyone over the age of 18 to take a moment out of the day for deep relaxation. If you suffer from a busy brain and find it difficult to switch off. If you want to find a way to relax, sleep better, destress and declutter the mind then regular sound healing is for you.

Not recommended for women in their 1st trimester, those with a pacemaker or metal implants in the body, without consent from a doctor.
