As part our Open Day next Saturday!! 🎉💗 You'll be immersed in the frequencies and vibrations of the gong, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, drum rhythms, chimes and more.... Experience a sense of deep relaxation as we journey through sound.... Sound therapy can help with stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, pain management, improved focus and more. Each session is 45 minutes, choose from 2pm, 3pm, 4pm or 5pm Please note, this event is not suitable for people who have epilepsy, are pregnant, have a pacemaker (or any other electronic fitted devices and metal in the body) or are 14 years or younger. You may also want to wear warm comfortable clothing, so you can be super cosy and bring water to rehydrate your system after. * Limited Places Available * Please note, tickets are non refundable, a refund will only be given if I have to cancel the event.
